Known as the oldest Children’s Village, the Tema Programme Location was established in 1974. The Village has 15 Family Houses, a Medical Centre, Early Childhood Development Centre, Primary and Junior High School, Playground, Social Centre, Mother’s Centre, Guest Houses, Alternative Care Coordinator’s residence as well as a Programme Office.
